Our client is one of the leading General Insurance Co. is looking for candidate for Profit Center - A & H, Mumbai.

Below mentioned are the details required for the profile.

Location: Mumbai.

Position Title: Profit Center – A & H

Level: Manager

Salary: Hike based on the current CTC (Upto 12 lacs p.a.)

Responsibilities:

- Taking care of entire Mumbai Region.

- Profit Center for Mumbai in Accident, Health & Travel Insurance.

- Handle the team and operate through the indirect channel (Agency, Broking, Direct Sales Team).

- Close performance monitoring on the channel partners through the agency operations.

- Regular product training to all channels.

- Monitoring, mentoring & motivating the performance of all channels and assisting them in achieving budgets.
