Profit Center Head - Raw Cashew Nut

Requirement-

- 7+ Years of experience in handling end to end business activities related to Raw Cashew Nut(must)

- Experience working in Vietnam is a must.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Long term visibility of business and not just seasonal and yearly target

- Sustainability of business model

- What investment are required to establish core competencies and transferring them to competitive advantages.

- One who design & develop the strategy of business

- Decision making on pricing , trading in consultation with team below and above (RH, BC) , Synthesize information from the market and make it coherent.

- One who takes views, position, and ensure PAR consequences to sales actualization

- Ensures he gets resources as per planning done , productivity is critical for business and resources.

- PCH is critically entrusted with the objective of direction setting for the business and preparing guideline in accordance with which the operation will be run by his team.

- PCH fix team roles and role boundaries.

- Nurture his team to take on additional responsibilities and improve productivity. Develop HR part.

- Close interaction with RH and other PCH's - also part of macro environment management (Legal/Shipping lines , etc) along with RH.

- A PCH is entrusted with the task of ensuring that company systems and procedures are followed with due dilligence in the conduct of business (operations SOP, Audits etc)

- Manages top line and bottom line of business - looking in to month to month account number, budget vs actual, Budget -Plan - Actual delivery , Variance explanation

- PCH should know risks in business and how to mitigate such risks - escalation timely is key - not just payment to suppliers but also exposure on currency , counter party risks, VAR , Limits set up.
