Responsibilities - - Create a Professional Services strategy and plan that achieves company goals and aligns to customer needs. - Develop, review and meet standard operating model and metrics for project completion within time, resource and budget expectations. - Ensure that teams are achieving margin targets, and quarterly and annual financial goals. - Align internal and partner resources to drive customer success and margins of the business; guaranteeing exceptional delivery. - Develop financial plans that support the attainment of strategic and financial objectives - Analyze and manage capacity and demand to meet the needs of future implementations, and build strategic contract relationships to serve as a bench of resources to staff spikes in demand. - Manage new and recurring business with accounts of all sizes - Develop relationships with key customers - Build, develop and retain high performing teams that lead positive contributions throughout the company - Lead and drive the execution of business process improvement projects and other strategic initiative Qualifications: - BA/BS degree with a technical discipline - Minimum of 10 years of experience in general professional services or consulting operations with at least 2-3 years in management - Deep understanding of Professional Services P&L management - Proven business process improvement execution - Prior experience working with offshore teams - Demonstrated expertise and success in the analysis, design, and automation of business processes
