Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and implement learning strategies and designing programs.
- Oversee content creation, e-learning modules, videos, and other learning resources to support the training programs.
- Review individual and organisational development needs.
- Learning Delivery through various channels, organise e-learning courses- workshops and other training.
- Monitor the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
- Supervise L&D Specialists.
- Keeps a strong focus not just on what the learner wants and needs, but also on the needs of the organisation.
- Trains and coaches managers, supervisors and others involved in employee development efforts.
- Collaborate with managers to develop their team members through career pathing.
- Bring industry best practices.
- Understanding of the organisation's business goals and the ability to align learning initiatives with these objectives.
