- Looking forward to speaking with Direct Tax Professionals with 5-7 yrs of experience in various aspects of direct tax, such as corporate tax, international tax, in-bound and out-bound M&A transactions.

- Having experience in tax efficient alternatives and plans for acquisitions OR divestments, mergers OR demergers and business OR corporate reorganisation with a view to minimising transaction costs and tax exposure based on the commercial objectives.
