Our Client a leading Consulting Giant is looking for Professional Development and Staffing Head India Office

The role will involve being responsible for full range of Professional Development and Staffing functions for the consultants working in collaboration with local and global stakeholders

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Manage the full range of staffing activities on a daily basis that include developing and facilitating professional development conversations, providing coaching and guidance on appropriate assignments, skill development, career progression and other topics as they arise.

- Develop a professional relationship with consultants including professional aspirations, experiences, strengths, development needs, and relevant personal circumstances

- Monitor and raise emerging people issues with the leadership and drive associated problem solving and program development as needed

- Coordinate and participate in professional development initiatives

- Collaborate and build strong relationships with the local and global stakeholders

- Lead analysis and reporting of key professional development metrics for local office leadership and work on variety of relevant ad hoc projects as needed

- Lead the evaluation processes along with relevant leaders.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: 

The ideal candidate would have 10+ years of relevant experience in professional development and / or human resources or experience within a professional services firm either as a consultant or within an HR / People role. A Masters- degree in Human Resources from an institute of repute is desirable.

S/he must demonstrate the following capabilities:

- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) at all levels; strong influencing capabilities

- Strong operational leadership skills and capable of leading a team, prioritizing strategic initiatives

- Excellent project management skills including the ability to lead and structure thought and work and strong ability to multitask

- Comfort with numbers, analysis and systems

- Strong integrity, maturity and fairness in dealing with people and confidential information

- Ability to adhere to the highest process standards and stand firm on decisions
