Products Head - Digital Domain - Bank

As a Product Lead, you will be driving multiple products and product lines for the online platform. The role requires a mindset of full ownership in driving the roadmap for building the world's best money management platform. Prior experience in building digital products for financial services would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities :

- Build clarity and consensus on short term and long term product vision and roadmap keeping in mind business objectives

- Identify new product ideas and incubate a culture of innovation

- Create the right structures and processes to successfully deliver business goals with precision and speed

- Form an efficient planning process with the team, while iterating promptly to mitigate risks. Drive product ideation, co-ordination with development teams for execution

- Setup and improve product management processes, find the right tools and build a functional knowledge base to build an agile product team

- Be the torchbearer for developing the culture of continuous innovation and rapid iterations and lean learning

- Drive the recruitment plan basis assessment of product roadmap and skill gaps

- Create clear performance measures for the team and review progress periodically, act as a guide and coach to team members to drive results

- Build the learning and career development path for the team

Qualifications & Skills :

- Good technical knowledge, track record of successfully delivering complex digital products, managed API integrations user experience

- Exposure to launching and growing products e2e (Idea-Build-Launch-Growth).

- Excellent communication and people skills

- Proven team handling experience, demonstrated stability in tough times

- Ability to influence and inspire a cross-functional team to attain ambitious goals

- A first-principle thinker, strategic clarity and great decision making skills
