Production Supervisor / Production Executive - Leading MNC FMCG

Responsible for executing the production Plan & control Production processes effectively with Safety, Quality & Productivity in mind & aligning with Global & Asia Pacific Supply Chain initiatives as per Nexus.

General Responsibilities:

1. Supervise employees in the production & Manufacturing area to ensure safety, quality and productivity.

2. Lead from front to ensure safe behavior /GMP culture on the shop floor.

3. Ensure production of Quality & cost effective products, as per the plan.

4. Focused approach towards OEE/PA/MPS and financial yield by optimum utilization of the available resources & waste reduction.

5. Close Monitoring of various processes, develop, update and maintain documents for compliance to HSE & Quality Systems.

6. Complete BMR in time to make it a live document, coupled with On-time SAP transaction.

7. Implement Lean Culture in Manufacturing by learning various Lean techniques, Gemba Walk on regular basis, working on Future VSM & Implementing KanBan, Visual factory & Reinforcing 5S Culture.

8. Participate in Plant level Validations (Equipment & Process) &Support QA/TA in handling of Quality System tools like Deviation /non-conformance management, OOS/OOT Management, CAPA, Change Control process & Market complaints etc.

9. Personal Involvement to Support ME 2/OAC initiatives to ensure/enhance machine and process reliability.

10. Coordinate with Production Manager in matter of personnel allocation, delivery dates and internal kick off meetings and analyzing various issues.

11. Identify training needs for all employees & training them accordingly.

12. Work with cross-functional team to meet the departmental Goals & Objectives.

Experience: 3-5 years on shop floor in Chemical /Pharmaceutical/FMCG /Healthcare Industry

Education : B. Tech Chemical or B.Pharm or B.Sc. Chemistry or Management Degree

Other Skills (Certification/s): SAP awareness, Computer savvy

FDA approved in Drug/Cosmetic Manufacturing : Preferred

He should be Bonafied (Born and Brought up ) or Domicile from Himachal Pradesh must

CTC : 8 Lkhs to 12 Lkhs
