Production Merchandiser

1.New Vendor Development and Vendor Coordination for sampling and productions of all product categories of Merchandise including Apparels, Accessories and Riding Gears

2. Cost Optimization by exploring alternative technology and vendors, New Vendor development, Vendor coordination with regular vendor visits, reporting daily, weekly, quarterly updates on the production status. Vendor Development and Vendor Management Daily/Quarterly

3. Establishing and Implementing Production TnA's,

4. Delivery of shipments, managing end to end production cycle of the merchandise Establishing and Implementing productions TnA's with quarterly forecast, coordinating with vendors for smooth production and delivery of shipments, handling end to end process - from PO placement to Delivery to warehouse for all product categories. Bulk production, finishing, and production TnA's Daily/ Quarterly

5. Developing process for Quality Control,

6. Coordinating and Implementing end to end Quality Control during Pre-Production and During Production Vendor Compliance, Quality inspection during pre-production, during production on the factory floors and finishing.

7. Coordinating with Quality Department for Inspections and quality checks and maintaining regular quality test reports.

8. Coordinating with FIT technicians for the FIT inspections. End to End Quality Control Monthly/Quarterly

9. Coordinating with Vendors and Production TnA implementation, identifying production issues and curating solutions. Ensuring timely delivery of the bulk , implementing and achieve quality standards. Technical Garment and Accessories Production knowledge
