- Working in collaboration with the Operations Manager and relevant production teams, maintain agreed production management processes and procedures, ensuring our production teams deliver content accurate, high quality, fully colour&nbsp;managed and pre-press ready packaging artwork materials; in the most efficient manner, in line with agreed processes&nbsp;and procedures - Take full responsibility for the quality and on-time delivery from your relevant teams - Working with the Operations Manager and Production Managers, maximize production capacity at all times, paying close&nbsp;attention to regular workload forecasts, project complexities &amp; local staff availability - Actively support and mentor all production staff within your teams and significantly contribute towards their periodic&nbsp;reviews and continual improvement programmes - Be a passionate, positive &amp; energetic member of the business and represent the company with integrity at all times
