Profile - Production Manager (Plastic Compounding)

Qualification : Diploma/ Degree in Polymer Science/ Plastics

Experience - Experience in Plastic Compounding.

Job Description :

a) Product Quality Control, Color Matching , Polymer Compounding PP , ABS & HIPS Development.

b) Well Versed of Extrusion & injection moulding process.

c) Knowledge of Polymer Material Testing (Material Characterization/ Mechanical Properties / Thermal Properties Environmental Properties etc.)

d) Activities related to ISO : 9001

e) Plastic testing Lab Facility Upgradtion.

f) Kaizens & 5S activities.

g) Planning & Review of Daily Production & Down time, On Line Process Control, Troubleshooting to meet Quality Production Target & Machine Health, Leadership Quality & train the team to get optimal result,

- Housekeeping of shop floor & Machine cleanliness, Reduce Production Cost, Wastage Control, Maintain ISO & other audit documentation.
