- As Production Manager effective controls and improvements to demonstrate Continuous Improvement .

- Experience of Leather Wallets,Hand Bags of mens and womens finish products

- Daily Management of Production Supervisors 600 staff, empower and engage this group with effective and inspiring leadership.

- Resolution of personnel issues and disciplinary issues under your control.

- Responsibility for the selection, use and maintenance of equipment,Liaising among different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers;

- Working with managers to implement the company s policies and goals.

- Effective monitoring of direct reports by implementing Balance Score Card to hold each shift accountable.

- Reviewing worker and supervisory performance and identifying training needs Coaching and development. Where necessary taking other formal actions when necessary.

- Development of Production Supervisors Shift Managers to become effective 1st line managers.

- Calculation of labor and material resources needed and report on efficiencies.

- Optimized and Maximize performance and production output.

- Estimating costs and setting the quality standards.
