We require Production Head for a rapidly growing company in the organic staples sector. Our finished products are mainly different varieties of rice, rice products such as rice flour and soya, pulses, oilseeds etc. Our products are fully exported to high end markets in Europe and USA which have stringent Quality & Regulatory standards.

We require a senior level person to assume responsibility for setting and implementing manufacturing strategy and goals to exceed customer expectations for product quality, cost, by maximizing efficiency and optimizing production capabilities of the plant to fuel our ambitious growth goals. He will be expected to provide leadership and inspire & motivate the staff to achieve excellence. He will be expected to drive continuous improvement. He will directly oversee the functions of Manufacturing, Warehousing & Inventory management and Quality to ensure seamless production and dispatch.

He will report to the Director Operations.

(a) Minimum 15 years hands on experience in the modern rice milling sector

(b) Graduate/Post graduate of a leading engineering college

(c) Conversant with productivity, inventory management and Quality Assurance systems & processes

(d) Supervise a large workforce

(e) Coordinate with other department heads and ensure seamless operations from RM to Production to Finished Goods / Quality / dispatch
