Product Trainer - IT Hardware Products

Product Trainer :

The person is responsible for ensuring product trainings for respective product line across the sales & marketing team.

Conduct Product & Sales Training :

- To provide Product training - BIS Products (Copiers/Multifunction devices/scanners/Software Solutions/Projectors/IP security cameras)

- Basic Training to Internal Employees as well as Partner staff

- Provide Sales Training to Employees as well as Partner staff

- To provide refresher course to internal Staff, Partners staff

- To provide training for all new launch products

Sales tool creation and Planning :

- Conceptualize new sales tools for the sales team

- Coordinate with stakeholders for creating / improvising the tool

- Interact with vendors for creation of tools

- Planning of sales staff engagement to improve product knowledge

Training Content Management :

- To unify All training material as Work shop, Basic staff training modules

- To build & introduce new relevant content for trainings

- Be able to prepare training and relevant training supporting content and tools

Participation in Events Exhibitions for Training Needs/Specialization

- To attend partner/customer meets for training purpose

- To visit markets for measuring training effectiveness

Hot line of staff technical inquiry

- Supporting Staff inquiry for any product in portfolio

Support on Joint calls and product demonstrations

- To accompany internal and partner staff for support calls

- To support internal and partner staff for product demonstrations
