JOB PROFILE
- End to End Training Management for Employees, Distributors and Dealers on Product Trainings
- Design, Develop, Execute and Monitor following for different levels/profiles of Professionals (employees and dealers):
- Product Training Programs (Centralized and Decentralized)
- Refresher Courses of Product
- Advanced/Next Level Courses of Product
- Training Need Identification system
- Training Calendar
- Post Training Effectiveness Evaluation Systems
- Product and sales knowledge assessment
- Field visits along with sales employees to upgrade hands-on knowledge of sales team and extend support to them in securing approvals
- Do competition Benchmarking through product managers
- Design and Develop Content Rich Training Material for Product Trainings
- Design and Administer Pre and Post Training Assessment Tests for different levels of Professionals (employees and dealers)
- Organize, facilitate forums of interaction, learning and action for the relevant stake holders.
- Maintain MIS & Trackers
- Develop innovative methods of training and create benchmarks with the objective of building the required capabilities of our Human Resources.
