JD/Responsibilities -

- Manage the entire Debit & PrePaid cards product suite. Identify & define consumer/ product segments along with in-depth market understanding. Redefine product segments and align product propositions to key target segments - Mass market, Mid Mass, Premium segment. Conduct existing customer needs & gaps analysis and identify potential new product opportunities.

- Research and monitor market and competition. Analyse existing and new product propositions by key competition banks. Review market size in CIF, Spends & Asset size on an ongoing basis. Carry out regular pricing/ fees & charges competition review.

- Develop distribution relationship with various partners for Prepaid Card. Manage strong relationship; finalize commercials, agreements, processes & SLA for prepaid products. Liaise with all the stakeholders - processing vendor, partner, technology team, legal, compliance, operations, etc.

- Manage and track life cycle product performance. Card activation, spends, unique customer, constantly monitor risk adjusted returns by segment and product segments. Identify potential opportunities and risks. Create new product performance enhancement programs along with CASA Team. Identify new risk based opportunities to enhance the proposition.

- End to end ownership of the product cycle along with key stake holders. Work with CASA product team, to bring out new products in the market. Work with Sales to drive channel sales productivity through product training, campaigns, and incentive & other enablers. Work with operations to streamline processes and turnaround time. Work with marketing to develop product campaigns and communication plan. Work with technology to develop new product enhancements. Work with customer service and phone banking to improve customer service experience.

- Develop and implement product marketing plans to drive growth and meet business target. Initiate product ideas and ongoing features /benefits tailored for each target segment. Manage and coordinate product development projects. Work with other departments to establish a design, technology, product development, and vendor strategy. Liaising with the external partners/ vendors to develop attractive product and customer offering. Drive smooth day to day performance and operation of the product - managing external suppliers to achieve SLAs, and co-ordinating all internal activity.

- Take the end to end onus for the entire loyalty programme for cards. Structure and restructure the loyalty programme basis the organizational needs and business objective. Review the loyalty programme and work closely with various teams to ensure the programme is run at the optimal cost to income ratio.

- Manage project budgets and prepare financial analysis reports for top management Create & perform an ongoing product review mechanism. Monitor and manage customer queries and complaints regarding product offering. Continually review existing product range, offerings, processes and sales channels to develop suggestions on improvements.
