Product Strategy Leader - Energy Solutions

Position- Product Strategy (Leadership role)

- Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for the Energy Solutions Engineering business unit.

- Team Handling Experience of min 10 people

- Drive product innovation and differentiation

- Define pricing strategies, product positioning, and go-to-market plans for new and existing products.

- Closely working with with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to define product requirements, features, and specifications.

- Monitor and analyze product performance, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and new product opportunities.

- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.

Qualification :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Candidates should have experience in product management, strategy development, and roadmap planning within the electricals or related industry (computer Hardware)
