Product/Sr Product Mgr - eComm - IIM/ISB

Pinnacle Solutions is hiring for one of its key mCommerce/ VAS clients based out of Mumbai/ Bangalore (the company has its engineering division based out of Bangalore and leadership/ sales/ marketing/ product is based out of Mumbai). As the product manager for our Client, you will have the prime responsibility of managing and enhancing existing/ new products to seek maximum revenue conversion for the organization. This role will require you to closely monitor the product discovery experience on the website and keep improving it. You will be expected to have a deep understanding of the customer shopping behavior through direct interaction, A/B testing and usability testing. As the product owner, you will take ownership of your product roadmap, define requirements for new features, manage multiple simultaneous projects and be the central point of contact for business users.

Essentials : -

- B. Tech. or equivalent from a Tier 1 school and/ or MBA from top B-schools (IIMs/ISB).

- 2 - 4 years of solid product management experience in a related role at one of the top product based technology companies or top VAS/m-commerce/internet companies.

- Sound hand at Analytics, A/B testing and user testing.

- A background in data analysis and mathematics. Ideal candidates will have proficiency with excel sheets and number crunching.

- The ability to easily translate business needs into engineering specs and manage the product development process that turns these specs into solutions.
