Product Specification Manager - Laminates Division - Building Material

We have few very urgent position in one of the best and established brand in Building Material organization :

Position : Product Specification managers - Laminates division

Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Cochin ( 1 position each )

CTC - 6 lac to 12 lac ; depending upon current CTC, experience, interview status etc.

Requirement :

- Working on Product specification & conversion with the help of Sales Manager

- Maintaining Public Relation with A + Architects, Product Management Consultants & Builders

- Identifying new dealers and providing the details to the sales team

- Handling Corporate presentation of our product lines to Customers, Builder, Architects, Plumbing Consultants on regular basis.

- Conducting Architect Meets in coordination with Marketing team.

- Preparing weekly and monthly Plan for target customers(B2B).

- Handling pricing and negotiation with Clients.

- Follow on competition activities and report on a regular basis.

- Preparing monthly & annual reports on timely basis.

Desired Profile :

Industry : Building materials / Construction chemicals in Product specification / technical specification.
