Product Specialist - Mutual Fund/Fixed Income Products

Product Specialist:

We seek Product Specialist for a leading player in financial services, venturing into wealth management with a focus on innovative and customer-centric tech-driven financial solutions.

Candidates with experience focusing on Mutual Funds and Fixed Income products, Fintech, Broking, Wealth Firms, and Banks would be the most suitable ones.

Requirements:

- 7-8 years in product management within AMCs, specializing in Equity and Fixed Income products.

- Experience working as Product Specialist or in a similar role across various financial sectors.

- Relevant degree in Finance, Economics, or related field. Advanced certifications in financial products and wealth management preferred.

- Proficiency in relevant data-related applications / tools and MS Office

- Experience in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures.

- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

- Deep understanding of financial products and market trends.

- Familiarity with financial product distribution and wealth management practices.

- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make critical decisions.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and training skills.

Responsibilities:

- Developing and implementing effective product strategies.

- Developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures.

- Managing Mutual Fund/Fixed Income product portfolios including onboarding.

- Understanding product-led structuring and connecting macro and microeconomic trends. Developing a robust product training calendar.

- Interpreting regulatory requirements and provide effective solutions.

- Being the in-house expert for product insights, training, and expertise.

- Creating structured, curated product baskets.

- Leading regular product campaigns to drive PnL.

- Traveling across India to work with sales channels for business growth.
