Who you are:

- An entrepreneurial go-getter with 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales partnerships

- An avid networker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Should be comfortable crafting communications that get to the heart of the consumers.

- Have a technical depth of the product and tenacity that enable you to drive ambiguous problems to a conclusion with an understanding of the social sector or be willing to grasp both.

- Must have a flair for numbers and the ability to make deals/ proposals and budgets.

- Quick at problem-solving and troubleshooting.

Undergraduate degree in any discipline.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

- Develop a deep holistic understanding of the platform and its various functions while also being able to provide demonstrations.to prospective clients.

- Building the sales funnel by generating leads via various 1:1 outreach activities while ensuring they lead to conversions and onboarding.

- Proactively look at creating opportunities for revenue generation by analyzing competition, evaluating opportunities with partners, lateral thinking, etc.

- Manage client's accounts following up through email and phone for onboarding, contract negotiations, and proposals.

- Relay feature customization requests to the product team.

- Understand potential NGOs' challenges and requirements by interacting and engaging with beneficiaries and offering creative solutions.

- Develop and implement an engagement strategy to increase platform adoption and usage.

- You don't wait to be informed of what needs to be done and are flexible enough to push yourself to do extra.

- Take complete ownership in shipping your work, even if it's pending on others.
