- Experience selling enterprise level Service Desk solutions
- Experience in a ServiceNow, Symphony summit, BMC Remedy, or any Service management tool in partner environment either onsite & SaaS model.
- Sales experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) Software.
- Must have enterprise contacts and integrates this knowledge into consultative selling.
- Account planning and accurate account revenue forecasting skills.
- Deep knowledge of products, solution, or service offerings as well as competitor's offerings.
- Understands how to leverage the company's portfolio and change the playing field on our competitors.
