Product Sales Manager - Micro Banking
Key Responsibilities :
- Focus on low income customer segment to deliver micro credit, micro deposits, micro insurance etc.
- Overall monitor 5-6 Field Supervisors (5-6 Branches).
- Train & capacity building of Unit Manager, Field Supervisor & CSRs of the respective branches.
- Standardize lending model & record maintenance among the branches.
- Pre & Post Disbursement visits.
- Maintain overall standard quality portfolio, cross sell, customer service.
- Overdue, NPA follow-up.
- Ensure timely completion of Post Disbursal Document to RPC among all the branches.
- Identify, survey and map Business potential in the area/ villages and suggest to FS as well as Area Manager.
- Loan End use Monitoring.
- Ensure properly Accounting of Ganaseva transaction.
Qualifications Requirement :
- Any Post Graduate with a minimum aggregate of 50% in the qualifying exam
Experience Requirement :
- Must be willing to Work and travel across the district.
Technical Skills Requirement :
- Track record of business development with significant achievements in the field of credit appraisal, sanction, pre & post disbursement documentations etc.
- Excellent communication skills in local language/Hindi and English- verbal, and written
- Team handling ability
- Computer proficiency to work with MS Office
Behavioral Skills Requirement :
- Problem solving
- Keenness to learn and detail oriented
