Responsibilities : - Engage with potential customers from our waitlist and conduct outbound outreach to generate new leads. - Educate prospects about our company, product offerings, and unique value proposition through various channels, including emails, phone calls, and online meetings. - Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our low code, no code rule engine and workflow automation platform. - Understand potential customers' needs and use cases, and provide tailored solutions that demonstrate how our product can address their pain points and drive productivity. - Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers, by understanding their business objectives and aligning our product benefits accordingly. - Actively listen to customer feedback, address concerns, and overcome objections to facilitate the sales process. - Collaborate with the product development team to provide insights on customer requirements and market trends, contributing to product enhancements and roadmap planning. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management using CRM software. - Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to effectively position our product in the market. - Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth by converting prospects into paying customers. Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant certifications in sales or marketing are a plus. - 3+ proven years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the software or SaaS industry. - Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the software or SaaS industry. - Strong understanding of low code, no code platforms and familiarity with rule engines and workflow automation. - Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts and value propositions to diverse audiences. - Demonstrated experience in conducting product demos and presentations to potential customers. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex customer requirements and develop tailored solutions - Ability to identify customer needs and pain points, and propose tailored solutions that align with our product capabilities. - Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish rapport and credibility with key stakeholders. - Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. - Excellent negotiation and objection-handling skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles. - Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. - Global Sales Skill will be an advantage.
