Job Description:
- The Cash Management Sales Manager provides full responsibility towards clients and product execution. Provides operational/service leadership and is responsible for revenues and client delivery. Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge through provision of value-added perspectives or advisory services.
- May contribute to the development of new techniques, models and plans within area of expertise. Good communication and diplomacy skills are required. Generally has responsibility for volume, quality, timeliness of end results and shared responsibility for planning and budgets.
- Work affects an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family. Engagement with Relationship teams and clients to identify opportunity, pitch for solutions and focus on execution. Largely catering to clients in the Digital space and clientele for South market.
Responsibilities:
- Provides direct sales support to clients on Cash Management in covered markets across Digital clients.
- Places focus on revenue generating activities associated with the sale of Transaction Banking Products and Services.
- Activities may include: preparing proposals and pricing analysis, assist with RFPs and presentations, coordinate credit approvals and exception pricing, coordinate data input for tracking pipeline and activity
- Establishes and maintains relationships with Clients and Bankers that are directly supported.
- Provides coverage on product sales related inquiries from Coverage Bankers, other internal partners and clients
- Joins relationship teams on in person sales calls or conference calls when appropriate.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
Qualifications : 8+ years commercial banking or relevant experience
Education:
- Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience
