Roles & Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation: Utilize various prospecting methods, including outbound cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach, to identify and qualify potential customers within the SAAS industry.
- Qualification and Research: Conduct thorough research on prospects to understand their business needs, pain points, and challenges, ensuring effective communication during initial interactions.
- Pipeline Development: Nurture leads and opportunities through regular follow-ups, emails, and phone calls to progress prospects through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with the Account Executives to provide them with qualified leads and seamless handover of information to facilitate successful sales conversions.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions, lead generation activities, and sales-related data in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
Sales Support:
- Provide support to the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and other sales collateral as needed.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to enhance sales strategies and tactics.
- Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed individual and team[1]based performance targets, including lead generation goals, conversion rates, and revenue objectives.
Requirement :
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative in the SAAS industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- In-depth knowledge of SAAS industry trends, customer pain points, and competitive landscape.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of our SAAS product/service effectively.
- Strong research and prospecting skills to identify and qualify potential customers
