Roles and Responsibilities :
- Market research and analyze demand for talent portfolios including structured courses, certifications, curated programs which provide guidance and a roadmap for learners to develop their competencies in DevOps and high functioning teams..
- Create business cases & propose new learning programs, workshops and Learning Paths for teams and individuals in Organization Talent Academy
- Monitor portfolio performance and initiate improvement initiatives
- Ensure competence development programs meet quality standards and the needs of high performing IT organizations
- Build the roadmap of certification and learning products that meet the requirements of DevOps professionals today and tomorrow.
- Build Value propositions for stakeholders in large enterprise positioning the Organization portfolio
- Develop action plans for portfolio improvements and interface with the Product Lead for product design
- Develop the requirements for competence development programs and drive them through the development process, working with cross-functional teams across several continents.
- Create Go to Market Strategy of upcoming product launches
- Be an expert in the use of operating metrics and KPIs; be the steward of your product and drive best practices for using that product.
- Present the Organization approach to enterprise competence development at industry events and engage with industry leaders
- Enable Organization organizational members to maximize the potential of the talent academy in building a workforce that embraces Devops principles and ways of working
Profile and Experience Requirements :
- 15+years of relevant work experience in Product Marketing, Portfolio Management, Product Pricing & Positioning. Experience in building learning solutions would be an asset.
- Strong experience in IT (especially experience in and a deep understanding of frameworks and philosophies such as DevOps, Lean, Agile, SCRUM, SAFe etc.)
- Deep analytical expertise & strong problem-solving skills with strategic thinking
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
