Product & Portfolio Manager - Cards - Banking Sector

- Responsible for driving spends and activity on the retail credit card portfolio that meets the overall credit cards business objectives of the Bank.

- Driving Digital and Non Digital Channels like Outbound and Inbound Calling, mobile application & Internet Banking to ensure delivery against term products targets as defined in overall business plan.

- Develop and initiate portfolio management strategy to drive increase in billings, ANR and revenue across all card products.

- Conduct regular portfolio performance analysis across the Retail Credit Card Portfolio to identify profitable products and segments.

- Identify untapped growth segments and develop targeted offerings to increase level of engagement across all Card products.

- Conduct regular competitor analysis, identify and implement new products and services to drive interest and fee revenues.

- Defined the parameters and logics for Credit Card Upgrade to maximize Customer-Card statement.
