Reports to: Head Underwriting - Vehicle Loans Location: HO Mumbai

To formulate marketable policies and programs so as to ensure optimum risk basis Organization's goals and plans

2: Duties & Responsibilities (List in the order of importance the duties & responsibilities of this job)

Credit Monitoring :

- Formulation of Policies in consultation with business and risk

- Continuous performance monitoring and ensuring thresholds not to breach

- Ensure programs/campaigns designed have structured reviews of the portfolio

- Periodic monitoring of policies.

- Stakeholder Management - Business /Risk/Accounts/Collections

- Ensure Credit Quality and maintain the Credit Cost under control

Strategic Initiatives :

- Automation of Underwriting and STPs

- System implementation and BREs

- Market/Industry insights for potential business opportunities with better risk

3: Key Challenges (List the key tasks performed to support the main objectives of the position).

- Study different industry segments to suggest new focus areas

- Market/Industry insights for potential business opportunities and Risk management

4: Decision Making Authority (Describes the type of decisions made alone, those on which the manager must be consulted, those referred to a higher level, and job procedures to be followed).

- Staff powers to select, recruit, in consultation with manager and appraise them

- Administrative powers - to grant leaves
