- Manage end-to-end relationship starting from identifying growth opportunities for business, onboarding the partner, portfolio management and ongoing relationship.
- Co-ordinate and work with various other business teams within the Bank to provide support on product proposition for any strategic alliances for the Bank.
- Develop and work closely with Risk team Credit, Fraud and Operations to have best in class TAT's and credit risk monitoring processes.
- Liaise with various partners like L&C, Audit, Technology, Operations, Finance & Marketing for the partnership launch/update and business compliance.
- Be able to develop Project Plan's for each partner, and track to ensure the execution of the same as per plan
- Work closely with product teams (internally/externally) to develop integrated journeys, leveraging the infrastructure available
- Support in liaison with ISS/LCS/Business in meeting the Internal Governance (Agreements, NDA, MOU , Outsourcing Reviews etc)
- Deliver on consumer finance P&L for ecosystem partnerships.
- Enabling and implementing technological build for product and project.
- Manage the key metrics for business.
