Product Owner - ServiceNow

The Product Owner will take responsibility for the business and user value delivered by the product.

KRA's

- Take end-to-end ownership of the product (full lifecycle from ideation to optimization) with ultimate accountability for business and user value delivered.

- Set ambitious and clear product mission and OKRs and translate these into a prioritized roadmap and team backlog that drive agreed KPIs.

- Lead a cross-functional team including engineers and method experts to execute and deliver value.

- Maintain an in-depth understanding of company architectural landscape and user needs through gathering & analyzing qualitative and quantitative insights to adjust strategy and priorities dynamically.

- Establish and manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure optimal collaboration across our business functions.

- Clearly communicate product mission, OKRs, and backlogs across the organization.

- Taking a holistic view be able to translate user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.

- Define MVPs, manage product backlog priorities, and strategically de-scope to achieve rapid feedback cycles.

- Identify and monitor KPIs, using them as a cornerstone for team focus and priorities, adjusting course and taking actions when needed.

- Align with other Product Owners to ensure interfaces to other products and common KPIs are maintained.

- Monitor and manage the financial impact of decisions and priorities of the product team.

Skills

- 5+ years of Product Owner experience

- Product mission & OKR creation

- Product roadmap development & management

- MVP definition & rapid prototyping

- User analysis & value creation

- Experience leading a cross-functional, multi-competence teams engineers

- Strong technical background

- Qualitative and quantitative analysis skills

- Agile mindset

- ServiceNow and ITSM knowledge

- Database and CMDB knowledge

- Technical skills / development background (+)

- Scrum or Product Owner certification (+)

- Design thinking (+)

- OKR methodologies (+)

MUST HAVES:

- Agile way or work. Non-Hierarchical & Collaborative mindset. Autonomous way or working.

- Should have worked in 2-3 companies over an 8-12 year career.

- Extensive ServiceNow and ITSM experience.

- Database and CMDB experience.

- Asset and Data modeling.
