As a Product Owner, you will work on implementing strategic initiatives Talview embarks on by building SaaS products in the B2B and B2C space. You understand business objectives, craft the product vision and execute in an agile fashion - the adjective more than the methodology. You will inspire and energise teams by clearly articulating customer problems & future vision of the product, prioritising and working with Talsters across functions to deliver a roadmap that delivers value to our customers and users. You will also be the internal Product Champion and be considered the go-to person for your product charter.

On your first day you will bring:

- Extensive background in Product Management, designing and deploying B2B or B2C SaaS products

- Hand on experience in the end to end lifecycle of the product design process; shipping products - not just features - from ideas

- High collaboration instincts to work with the Engineering team to build the product

- Brilliant communication skills; ability to take people along the product journey

- High energy and a track record of building relationships

- Comprehensive understanding of product discovery, prioritization and estimation frameworks

- Data centric mindset who balances qualitative & quantitative methods to prioritize

- Significant experience in running user discovery sessions, understand customer problems, prioritising them based on quantitative analysis, and designing a roadmap to deliver value

- The ability to brutally prioritise problems by connecting the dots between business objectives, product vision, market dynamics and technical constraints; and clearly communicating the rationale to the business

- A customer centric and metrics driven approach to translate customer needs to measurable deliverables by balancing good instincts with deep analytical thinking

- The ability to think strategically, and take tactical initiatives to get there

A typical week would involve:

- Collaborating with Sales, Customer Success & Marketing functions to understand market dynamics and customer problems

- Working with UX Designers within the team to build experiences that users advocate and provide us a competitive advantage

- Working with other Product Managers and Product Owners to identify handoffs and work around constraints

- Writing quality PRDs and user stories that translate product initiatives to tangible assets that can be consumed by Engineering team and delivered

- Working with the Engineering team to elaborate the why, the what, and partner to devise the how by attending Agile ceremonies

- Working with the Marketing team to articulate the value proposition and support build product content

- Working with external subject matter experts, consultants, partners, and vendors to prioritise and solution features

- Working with the Senior Product customer problems to review the roadmap and constantly validate the product vision

- Reviewing product success metrics, analysing data and deriving insights to run experiments and build features

- Prioritising using apt frameworks and heuristic techniques. Deciding by employing various mental models. Executing with a bias to pace

- Internalizing the product roadmap across multiple functions
