Digital Banking Product Owner, Project Manager - Business Banking, SME Products for a Leading Indian MNC Bank

- Candidate will be responsible to design our E2E customer Journeys, create a Digital Business, work on marketing activities to generate leads through Web and associated platforms.

- RM workflows to ensure smooth onboarding will also be re-designed & regularly modified by this leader. OCEN & AA integration and adoption will be the core areas of consideration in the JD.

- Redesign our IPA programs for RM to reduce effort in managing and onboarding customer

- Building the digital customer journey to Launch - Direct Digital. Design the E2E Customer Journey

- Use of fintech integrations to launch a New Business Models.

- Aided journey's need constant improvisation with emerging technologies

- Building an NTB journey in The RM app

- New Account Opening workflow integration for a compete digital flow

- Connects with all leading LSP's in the market

- Develop a unified model for market leading corporate to setup their supply finance business

- Build Models of integrations with GEM & other Market places

- Focus on Building a performance marketing capabilities

- Build an End to End Buying Journey on Direct digital using Backbase / Adobe forms / Customer models

- Customer service through E- Net.
