We are hiring for the subject role for one of the Leading Education Group. Details below:
Primary Objective:
This position will be responsible for the launch and management of the media management programs and to achieve the business goals, both financial and non-financial. The person in the role would assume responsibility for the P&L deliveries, strategy development, long-term resource planning and execution.
Role Responsibilities:
Program management:
- Curriculum design, delivery and maintenance of academic currency
- Work closely with academic team to create curriculum that is aligned with the industry needs and evangelize the curriculum amongst industry stakeholders.
- Work with the academic team to set up and manage an advisory council for media consisting of highly regarded practitioners and teachers of media management.
- Set processes for continuous improvement of curriculum through constant stakeholder feedback.
- Work with the academic team to develop and maintain efficacy measures for learners while in the program and maintain a high level of value engagement with alumni
- Work with academic team and operations team to ensure high operating standards and track progress of batch: timely delivery of lectures / assessments / immersions/ industry specialist faculty, in accordance with the schedules.
Industry Relationships:
- Build and maintain close linkages with media industry stakeholders - HR heads, business heads, line managers of target media institutions including the group to identify hiring needs and engage industry trainers for the media program.
- Support marketing efforts for student recruitment which include developing business plans, exploring potential opportunities, marketing and executing targets.
- Support the Corporate Relations team for job placements on completion of the program.
P &L Accountability:
- Achieve budgeted top-line
- Effectively manage operational costs
- Ownership of all program activities covering all aspects of program delivery and participants learning experience.
- Generate revenue through core business generated from the media program
Other responsibilities :
- Live the core values of the organisation by demonstrating Ownership mind-set, Innovation at work and Engaging all stakeholders effectively
- Develop strategies & ensure maximum efficiencies in the utilization of human & financial resources
- Work with the Leadership Team to review operational processes & people issues
