Product Owner - IT Mobile Banking Product

Position: Product Owner - IT Mobile Banking Product (Leading MNC IT Captive)

Role:

- Manage the definition of features and refinement of features into user stories and acceptance criteria

- Define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities

- Lead scrum teams as the Product Owner

- Provide vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements

- Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product

- Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories

- Provide sprint goal and new user stories for sprint planning.

- Helping the team to continuously improve their process

- Lead the planning product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities

- Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product

- Be aware of the products and moves of competitors and the industry

- Work closely with the business analyst to ensure all business and product requirements are clear and completed on time

Requirements:

- 7-10 yrs of Product experience espcially in web based products for mobile banking

- Should have played an end-to-end Product Owner role for atleast 2 products in the BFSI domain, especially in the area of mobile banking, with functionality of customer interactivity

- In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles

- Experience in web-based consumer products

- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

- Creative thinker with a vision

- Must have strong critical thinking and quantitative and analytical problem solving skills

- Experience of writing logical, detailed, and complete product requirements and functional specifications as well as the ability to develop high-level documentation in lay-terms
