Product Owner - IT Firm

Fluency in English language

- Experienced preferably gained in UK industry

- Payment experience is essential

- Technical background would be very valuable

- Experience gained in an international payment's environment

- Cross border ACH experience/ local ACH/Treasury

- A good communicator with personal resilience, and the personal and management skills and style to operate in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to think tactically, analyse numerous information sets and know how to apply to influence the development of product opportunities

- Detail orientated with problem solving and organisational skills with an ability to conceptualise, prioritise and manage multiple projects

- Experience of product management and development

- Strong customer facing and relationship building skills

- Commercial mind-set that can spot and optimise opportunities

- Able to develop and manage relationships and skilled at influencing stakeholders through the strength of explanation and business logic

- Ability to assimilate information quickly and understand complex business environments

- Demonstrated leadership skills, with a - sleeves rolled up- approach, who brings people with them and can effectively communicate, motivate and inspire cross-functional teams

- Excellent spoken and written English

- Additional languages would be advantageous
