Product Owner - IT

Qualified Product Owner candidate with 7+ years of experience can

i) Effectively collaborate with and manage stakeholders

ii) Align stakeholders and development teams around common measurable product goals. Continue to entice
and engage business into the product development process

iii) Release on-time by managing risk and planning the product construction sprint by sprint

iv) Perform product discovery sessions to build a product backlog, envision and estimate the product, and plan incremental releases

v) Maintain a keen focus on maximizing business value and minimizing time to market

vi) Master at prioritization (applying the 80/20 rule) and work breakdown (divide and conquer rule).

The product owner is responsible for demonstrating value, and determining priority.

An ideal candidate will also have some amount of technical experience and experience with negotiation and compromise also a plus.
