Key Responsibilities:
- Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy to all involved stakeholders. Ensure alignment with the company's long-term goals.
- Backlog Management: Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that the development team has access to a prioritized list of tasks to work on, reflecting the needs of both stakeholders and customers.
- Requirement Analysis: Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders to gather feedback, discuss product features, and negotiate priorities.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the development team to ensure they understand the backlog priorities, vision, and user needs. Facilitate agile ceremonies like sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Market and User Research: Conduct continuous market and user research to stay informed of changing needs and opportunities. Adjust product strategy and priorities accordingly.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze product performance and user engagement metrics. Use data to inform decision-making and improvements.
- Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a product roadmap, outlining the vision, key milestones, and development timeline.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in product development.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical details into user-friendly language.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to make decisions quickly.
- Experience with product management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Certification as a Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar agile methodologies.
- Experience in the specific industry or market related to the product.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and customer experience strategies.
- Experience with data analysis and performance metrics tools
