Product Owner :&nbsp; On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Product owner at Chennai. The details are as follows : Job Purpose : - The Product Owner represents the "voice of the customer" by maintaining and prioritizing the backlog to ensure that the team is working on stories that maximize business value and deliver necessary fixes and functionality to all customers. - This Product Owner works on large, complex products and drives significant innovation. This person is a member of the Product Management team and contributes to the product vision and roadmap. - A successful candidate will have a software development background, RPA experience, hands-on Agile/Iterative development experience and a detail-oriented style to managing scrum teams. Duties and Responsibilities : - Draft key objectives and strategies, and analyze the data to make business decisions regarding product development. - Collaborate with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a product. - Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience, integration and dependencies. - Accountable for created product(s), including delivery in the product model and communicating the product needs with business partners. - Lead, manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams, business partners and stakeholders to manage product(s). - Initiate, coordinate and champion Sprint rhythms - Planning, Review, Backlog grooming, Retrospective sessions - Track and report daily schedules. Use metrics to manage and communicate scrum team activities to stakeholders. - Track status across projects and communicate any risks or concerns to stakeholders. - Work with product manager to develop and write user story details including acceptance criteria, mockups and test input as necessary - Work with technical leads on release planning, capacity and resource planning &amp; using agile tools consistently/effectively. - Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value and that are aligned with product strategy. - Develop appropriately detailed specifications for product features so that they are clearly understood by the development teams - Inspire and motivate the development teams to deliver innovative and exciting solutions with an appropriate sense of urgency - Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally, and as the primary technical contact for queries related to the product - Collaborate with other stakeholders in the Product roll out. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar program - 10 to 12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or related IT Analyst role - SAFe - PMPO (Product Manager /Product owner) or CSPO (Certified Scrum Product owner) or PSPO (Professional Scrum Product Owner) certification considered a plus - Experience with newer technologies including Containers, RPA, Microservices architecture - Top notch critical thinking and product owner skills - Ability to logically analyze problems, deconstruct it and solve - Proven ability to negotiate priorities with business stakeholders - Excellent writing and verbal communication skills - Strong attention to planning and organization skills - Visio expertise required to create systems or other simple logical drawings and mapped workflows - Basic SQL skills considered a plus - Familiar with software development and databases - Strong ability to gather and interpret relevant data - Experience working with business process management areas considered a plus
