Product Owner - Platform- FinTech Unicorn

Our client is a well-funded startup which has been a market leader in both the product as well as the talent market. The team is build by passionate and driven folks for equally passionate and driven professionals

The key responsibilities for the position include :

- Devising the product vision and strategy including short to medium term road-maps to achieve the said vision

- Conceptualising new solutions with a problem first, data-driven and test & iterate approach

- Collaborating with ops, engineering, design and other product teams to build products that customers enjoy

- Creating and executing go-to-market plan for the products built

- Working in tandem with engineers & designers to deliver an effective product, ensuring adoption, measuring and tracking progress

The ideal candidate will have :

- 5 to 8 years experience working on building products in a tech domain

- Track record of shipping world-class product solutions in fast paced, rapid-growth environments

- Self starter attitude along with the ability to conceptualise and drive complex solutions end-to-end

- Be comfortable with ambiguity, believe in first principles and have the skill to transform broad ideas into action plans

- Strong analytical inclination and data-centric mindset
