Product Owner- Banker Experience Tribe :

The purpose of the Banker Experience (BX) Tribe is to enable our Bankers to deliver great service to customers, through intelligent, integrated tools and processes. Bankers will become advocates of the solutions they use, reflecting the fact that we put our frontline teams at the centre of everything we do.

Your role as a Product Owner is to enable and inspire a multi-disciplinary team ('Squad') to pursue its mission, by guiding them on 'what' work should be completed by the squad. The Product Owner constantly prioritizes tasks and the squad's backlog with the customer at the heart of their decision making.

The Product Owner also ensures that the work is strategically aligned to the tribe mission and engages with other Product Owners to align and manage inter-dependencies.

Whilst this role is not a people manager, it is a key leadership role, galvanizing the squad around a vision and supporting them to successfully deliver customer value at pace.
