Product Operations Manager - eCommerce

Position Overview:.

- The Product Operations Manager is pivotal in creating a seamless link between product development, customer success, technology, and business operations within the e-commerce industry.

- This role involves enhancing operational processes, managing project timelines, and resolving issues or bugs efficiently to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Engage in proactive collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, marketing, and customer support, to spearhead product development initiatives.

- Formulate and refine business processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) tailored to the e-commerce domain.

- Lead and motivate a team of executives to identify and mitigate bottlenecks in the product/engineering development cycle, enhancing both efficiency and output.

- Utilize data analysis and metrics to monitor progress and pinpoint opportunities for improvement.

- Coordinate effectively with stakeholders to prioritize tasks and manage resource allocation efficiently.

- Facilitate the introduction and integration of new products and features, ensuring a smooth transition and widespread adoption.

- Establish and monitor performance targets for teams and individual contributors.

- Take ownership of and devise strategies for achieving the team's objectives.

- Continuously reassess and refine operational processes to foster innovation and scalability within the e-commerce environment.

Requirements:.

- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.

- Between 6 to 8 years of comprehensive experience, including 3 to 4 years in a leadership capacity in application support, project management, or a comparable role within the e-commerce sector.

- Demonstrated analytical prowess, with a keen ability to derive meaningful insights from data and implement actionable solutions.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven record of effective collaboration across diverse teams.

- A history of facilitating process enhancements and boosting operational efficiency.

- Previous exposure to an Agile development framework is considered advantageous.
