Job Title: Product Manager - Anatomical Pathology - India
Reports To: GM SDG

Position Location: NOIDA, UP
Product Manager - Anatomical Pathology
Position Objective:
- This new position entails providing marketing, application and regulatory support to the sales team, distribution partners and end customers with an objective to gain market share and achieve customer satisfaction.
Position summary include the following (other duties may be assigned):
Marketing
- Devise and drive the marketing strategy for the product line
- Launch and manage new product lines
- Utilize market information, voice of customer to identify new product opportunities
- Liaise with the distributors and ensure timely support
Application
- Provide the necessary technical and application support to the customers and business partners
- Ensure all technical queries are resolved within the stipulated timelines
- Work with the customers to provide required demonstrations
Regulatory
- Liaise with regulatory authorities to ensure all the regulatory requirements of the product line are met.
- Prepare and submit dossiers, in advance, for submission to DCGI as and when required
- Ensure compliance with RA/ QA requirements
MarCom
- Ensure all MarCom material is available timely and is per corporate guidelines
- Ensure premium positioning in the market.
- Strengthen the brand image.
Customer relation
- Build and develop excellent customer rapport
- Ensure customer satisfaction with focus on key customers
- Ensure effective KOL management
Training & Technical support
- Plan and execute effective training programs
- Ensure the sales team and business partners are trained
- Ensure world class technical support. Ensure sales team is perceived as the best in industry
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- PG degree in science/lifesciences
- 5 years of support experience within the histopathology industry.
- In depth knowledge anatomical pathology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel at least 75% of the time.
- Integrity to “do what it takes” and thrives on initiative
- Excellent interpersonal skills with commercial business awareness
Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria:
- PG degree in science/lifesciences
- 5 years of support experience within the histopathology industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel at least 75% of the time.
