Key Accountabilities:
Revenue planning & proposition development:
- Conduct regular analysis as well as ad-hoc analysis related to both prepaid and post-paid business health and U&R
- Conceptualise, design & develop segmented promo campaigns
- Co-ordinate across different departments to ensure proper execution of promo campaigns
Revenue & Usage Enhancement:
- Ensure delivery of targeted revenue for FY15-16 as per DB budget
- Ensure Zero MOU subs below 7% for prepaid and 2% for post-paid
- Monitor usage trends of subs and identify areas of improvement
- Execute usage and revenue enhancing promotions
- Ensure Bonus Card penetration to desired levels
MIS and Data Analysis:
- Conduct regular analysis of different MIS reports to identify trends
- Undertake value & behavioral segmentation to drive U&R strategies for both postpaid and prepaid business more effectively
Grace & Churn Management:
- Minimize grace and churn through design and deployment of appropriate grace management & retention strategies for both prepaid and postpaid business
Cross team coordination:
- Co-ordinate across functions for approval and execution of promotional campaigns
- Co-ordinate with central marketing team for different reporting purposes and approval of usage/revenue enhancing promotions
Personal Specifications:
- Ability to work under pressure and a focus for achieving targets
- Analytically sound and ability for data crunching
- An eye for detail and ability to translate observations into presentations
- A creative mindset and an ability to work around obstacles
- Proficient in MS-Office (Excel, Access, Power Point, Word)
- Good communication skills and team working ability
- A Qualified MBA
