Job Description :

This role will focus on collaborating cross-functionally with the Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams, and other members of the Product team to drive strategy, awareness, and adoption of their product suite. They are constantly looking to innovate, evolve, and improve their products. You will be one of their key product evangelists, helping to drive go-to-market plans and execution for new launches and be a key advocate for a specific product or feature-set and the associated benefits.

What you'll do :

- Collaborate with product managers and own the go-to-market efforts for current and future product features and service offerings

- Develop product messaging and positioning differentiating us from competitors and demonstrates an understanding of our customers- needs

- Communicate product and feature benefits through internal documents and presentations and externally through materials that can be used by our client-facing teams

- Build sales & marketing assets that communicate the customer story including videos, case studies, testimonials & more

- Partner with the Customer Success teams to develop impactful enablement resources and arm the team to better position ourselves against other competitors and products

- Lead launches of new products and releases of new features, manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan and keep stakeholders updated

- Own customer-facing product release communications, product-focused webinars, and manage other customer-facing communications, such as collateral including presentations, datasheets, white papers, and internal sales tools to support our demand

- Create, maintain, and drive usage and improvement of an internal library of resources with materials and information about our product suite.

Who you are :

- At least 3 years of experience in a product marketing role

- Must have experience in B2B, SaaS and/or Enterprise roles in the HR domain

- Smart, passionate, product obsessed, you enjoy getting things done and using data and market research to develop go-to-market strategies and successful positioning and messaging

- A great communicator with superior presentation development skills (writing samples will be requested) and ability to write with the customer in mind

- Comfortable with complex but unstructured problems, a high degree of ownership in a fast-paced environment

- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, startup environment

- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, communicating your strategy and vision, and driving execution of all tactics

- Data-driven in how you approach and measure your work
