Product Marketing Manager | Airtel, Gurgaon About the Role : - The marketing team collaborates with different stakeholders to conceptualize, develop and deploy products, services and platforms to enhance business performance - You, as the Marketing manager for next generation products (Cybersecurity, Cloud, IoT, Collaboration and new launches), will ensure that sound marketing decisions are made around product lifecycle. - You will also form strategies to identify the right positioning gaps through market research, competition mapping and collaborate with the product team and sales leadership team to identify the right messaging and take responsibility for growing your product portfolio revenue through innovative marketing interventions. Key Responsibilities : - Partner with the sales and product team and provide the right inputs to launch/relaunch the products in the market with clearly defined goals and objective - Strong domain knowledge and market understanding of emerging technologies like Cybersecurity, IoT, Cloud - Demonstrated experience in setting and driving growth for product lines through Brand and Content strategies - Proven capability in driving marketing objectives through all the available channels (digital marketing, website, email, social media, GTM kits, thought leadership, analyst relations, events, digital connects, content) - Ability to synthesize complex inputs into a compelling narrative, and strong writing skills - Must have extensive experience in working with designers/creative agency/editors and provide the right inputs for effective delivery of campaigns - Effectively prioritize and multi-task, and have the ability to work in fast-paced and deadline focused environment - Able to work in ambiguity and lead the discussion to measurable outcomes Experience &amp; Skills : - Exceptional writing, reading and editing skills; ability to distil complex concepts into simple messages - Ability to multitask under pressure and meet deadlines with a positive attitude - Interpersonal communication skills - Proven ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and attitude to get things done - Working knowledge of Google AdWords, SEM, SEO will be an advantage Educational Qualifications : - MBA (Marketing/Communication)
