Job Profile :

Job Purpose :

Singularly manage the Product Lifecycle management for defined and select categories and co-own for the complete category portfolio management.

Ownership of Project Pricing and also responsible for Product Pricing, Business and Market Intelligence, Revenue Management, Inventory Management and Relationship Management

Key Result Areas :

Main Activities and Responsibilities :

- Product Pricing

- G2 product lifecycle and management ownership

- Co-own the product portfolio in entirety

- Project Pricing

- Business intelligence on product and strategy formulation for leadership

- Relationship management

- Revenue Management

- Focus Product [portfolio, revenue] - Product Marketing and Lifecycle Management: Singular ownership of entry level product management esp. with G2 range.

Managing the product portfolio and custodian of lifecycle management ; Ensure regular product feedback to HQ on the basis of on-field need gap analysis, develop business case and seek necessary approvals on case to case basis and introduce products; Launch global range in close coordination with internal and external stakeholders; Liaise with production and category team for Product Lifecycle management [including but not limited to Pricing, Mapping, Packaing, Go to Market strategy]; Developing Product Folders and Sales kits; Co-own consumer packages and schemes with revenue and margin focus

- Revenue Management : Product Revenue Planning and co-own IoP Planning, Profitability and Margin Analysis and Management; Conceptualize, Prepare and Implement Schemes and Offers with focus on primary and secondary Sales; Facilitate Top line and Bottom line growth of product category

- Project Pricing Management : Devise process and mechanism and maintain a repository of same for reporting and analysis. Responsible for margin and profitable pitching. Evaluate and propose cross category propositions for facilitating a better win rate.

- Pricing Management : Pricing process and mechanism, Optimize Product Mix, Consumer Promotions with focus on margin

- Business and Market Intelligence : Product performance MIS management; Need Gap Analysis, Pricing Analysis; Competition Mappin and undertake need based market visits

- Inventory Management and Control
