- The Product Growth Manager's role is to understand the user and the business needs and help the product team in building and improving the products. This role would need to actively collaborate with other stakeholders from the Product, Product Operations, Marketing, Business, Finance teams.
- The candidate needs to anticipate customer needs and incorporate them into the functional roadmap, drive a major change or enhancement for customer experience influencing category needs based on their knowledge of competitive trends in the industry and other macro environment data.
- The candidate must be an effective communicator in working with some of important partners and brands, as well as with internal colleagues and groups.
- The candidate must have a desire to participate in change and appreciate a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities.
- Communicate and position the product in relation to other products and the competition. Define product positioning and key product messages
- We are seeking someone with demonstrated history of successful project ownership using customer data to identify and prioritize opportunities.
- Requires best-in-class oral and written communication skills, as well as demonstrated success as a product spokesperson on a national or global level.
- Work with marketing communications and PR on the development of product launch activities, press releases, and marketing materials. Travel the world as the ambassador for your product attending trade shows, customer visits, and press briefings
