CleverTap is a SaaS based intelligent mobile marketing platform headquartered in Sunnyvale, California. CleverTap helps its clients understand how their users are using their apps/website and provides deep behaviour insights. It also engages with users via personalised push notifications, in-app notifications, emails, web, sms and browser notifications. CleverTap runs pre-built smart campaigns that auto engage with users based on their lifecycle stage.

CleverTap was founded in 2013 by Anand Jain, Sunil Thomas, and Suresh Kondamudi. Anand was earlier Co-Founder and CTO for Burrp and became part of Network 18 in 2009, after it acquired Burrp. At Network 18, he met Sunil and Suresh and in May 2013, they started CleverTap. The Company is headquartered in Silicon Valley and has over 4000 customers worldwide including many of the leading brands like Vodafone, Reliance Jio, Sony, Samsung, BookMyShow, Freecharge, Denver Broncos, DC Comics, Star and many more.

The Company secured a seed funding of $ 1.6 mn from Accel Partners in July 2014. In August 2015, it secured an additionalSeries-A funding of $ 8.0 mn from Accel Partners and Sequoia Capital. In October 2017, it secured an undisclosed amount of funding from Recruit Strategic Partners, Japan.

In 2017, TiE Silicon Valley included CleverTap in its list of TiE50, World's 50 Most Promising Technology Start-ups. Sunil Thomas, CEO of the company, was named as one of the 25 Marketing Technology Trailblazers in 2017 by Advertising Age.

Team: Marketing

Reporting to: Head of Product Marketing

Role requirement - 

- Bachelors in a technical field required with MBA preferred.

- 4-5 years of experience in consulting, sales enablement, product marketing or similar.

- Having skillsets of market research, competitive intelligence and tool knowledge of Powerpoint/Keynote.

- Develop competitive battlecards, fact sheets and competitive positioning documents.

- Collaborate with sales, marketing, product management and engineering team to execute competitive tasks for sales team.

- Create sales enablement collateral including customer keynotes, feature presentations and product briefs.

- Create quarterly plans for competitive battle cards.

- Develop high impact customer success stories and case studies to present to prospects/customers.

- Track and report on key metrics to indicate competitive battlecards effectiveness.

- Collaborate on marketing content for product launches.
