Product Marketing Manager - Luggage & Hand Bag Major

Job Role :-

Responsible for achieving sales, market share and profitability target for product

Ensure future performance of products through focus on innovation and long term strategy

Monitor on-going product performance - total sales and net contribution

Design on-the-ground market/geography specific product strategies

Interact with business partner & end customer to understand product needs/product perception/dissatisfaction across markets

Conceptualize new products/variants; work with R&D to develop products

Undertake and monitor detailed product testing

Organize product launches

Work on packaging, Pops, advertising and other selling aides development

Interacting with contractors and end consumer panels to track market trends/ unmet needs

Track customer complaints

Addresses recurring complaints through appropriate action
